ABOUT THE HORSE-O-RAMA
The Tarrant County Horse-O-Rama features informative and interesting presentations including a Parade of Breeds, trainers, health care, farrier care, draft horse hitching, and much more. An open horse show runs from Friday to Sunday, and a large vendor area will be open both days of the show. There’s a lot to see and a lot going on! Exhibitors will receive a schedule in their confirmation packets.
WHERE IS THE WILL ROGERS COLISEUM?
The Will Rogers complex is west of downtown FW. From Interstate 30, take the University Drive exit and go north on University. You will pass the FW Botanic Gardens; the next light is Harley Street. Turn left on Harley, and *immediately* right on W.R. Watt into the Will Rogers complex. Take the first left on Burnet-Tandy. The building the show is in is on your right; drive down to the "people doors" near the west end. You may unload here, but then you must move your vehicle to one of the parking lots on the east side of WR Watt (just at the end of the building, not far).
Lone Star Live is held in the Brown-Lupton Room, formerly the vendor area.
LONE STAR LIVE IS A NAMHSA MEMBER SHOW
Lone Star Live is a Member Show of the North American Model Horse Shows Association. First and second places in open division classes qualify to compete at the 2009 or 2010 North American Nationals championship model horse show. NOTE: The Youth/Novice/Fun Classes are NOT NAN-qualifiers.

TAGS FOR YOUR HORSES
Lone Star Live uses the EMCAT entrant numbers for all entrants and their horses. If you DO NOT already have an Entrant Number, email Daralyn Wallace (at RaunFalcon@aol.com) BEFORE March 10 to get one. After that date, you will need to contact the show holder, Sue Stewart, to get a number.
The front of the tag should have ONLY the model’s entry number, breed and gender showing. ONLY this side should be where the judge can see it. The tag back MAY have the model's name and your name so you can ID them if you lose a tag. Tags with strings can be found at most office supply stores or in the office supply sections of stores like Wal-Mart and Target.
A LIST of all your horses must be turned in to the showholder before you leave the show or submitted by email to the Lord High Data Entry Guru, Brad Johnson, at DOSnut@yahoo.com (email is PREFERRED). This is the exhibitor’s responsibility; if you fail to turn in a list, you risk losing NAMHSA qualifications and your horses’ names will not appear in the results. The show manager will NOT track down those who fail to submit a list. The list MUST be in numerical order. Non-numerical lists will not be accepted.
You can check out this web page for information on how to do your tags and your list of horses. http://starhold.150m.com/numbers.htm

Every exhibitor will have one table; you are welcome to bring things to sell or trade. A special vendor rate is available for those who do not wish to show.
